I updated chrome on April 16th early morning (gmt + 7) and the browser can't access internet anymore. Then I downloaded firefox several hours later. At first it worked fine but later I keep getting error messages like server not found, timeout or error 400. Only once in a while it works, but after I refresh excessively. My opera mini works fine, apps such as tumblr and kakaotalk works alright and there's no problem in using my android phone as hotspot either. I've cleared history, cache and cookies but nothing works. My network operator tried to help but nothing works too. Please help me.

edit: I've updated my phone software and get opera browser, but it meets the same fate like firefox and chrome. I even returned the latter into its factory settings. Nothing works.
