In my list of bookmarks, before I upgraded to the recent version, at the left of each bookmark, with few exceptions, an icon would show, after I accessed that webpage the first time. This is no longer true- I just get a blank square.

Wha hoppen?

Make sure that both these prefs on the about:config page are set to their default value true:

  • browser.chrome.favicons = true
  • browser.chrome.site_icons = true

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and you can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue
