I do not see my device in the Connected Services list
The devices currently connected to your Firefox Account can be viewed at: accounts.firefox.com/settings/ under Connected Services.
Don't worry if you don't see your device listed, Firefox Sync should still be working across your devices. Your device could be missing if you are using an outdated version of Firefox Desktop, please update to the latest version.
If you are using the latest version of Firefox Desktop, make sure you are connected to Sync:
- Click on the menu button to open the menu panel.
- Click on your Firefox Account (your email address will appear if you're signed in).
- Once signed in, click to start syncing immediately.
I see duplicates in the Connected Services list
If you see a device or service listed multiple times (and you're sure that it is the same) in the Connected Services list, click thebutton next to that device/service to remove it.
The current device will be listed first followed by the most recent Firefox Sync device/service logins.
