I am unable to send tabs from my desktop devices to Firefox on my Android device.

- All devices are logged into Firefox Sync. - Sending tabs from Android to desktop works fine. - Attempting to send a tab from desktop to Android, nothing happens. Have tried with multiple different tabs from multiple desktop devices, it never makes it to my Android device. - Synced tabs works fine. I can see the open tabs on all my devices from all my other devices, and it stays up to date. - Have tried logging out of sync and logging back in. Didn't fix the issue.

Desktop devices are running Firefox v146.0.1 on Windows Android device is running v146.0.1 on Android 16 (Pixel 8 Pro)

My bookmarks have disappeared/ not transferred to my android phone, recently bought,

BUT, they have also disappeared off my computer which i have owned for more than five years.

Both are showing that I am signed into my account.

Yeah, hi, I'd love to just transfer to a new phone. Like when you just sign into the browser, you could copy all the stuff across. It's seriously like pulling dinosaurities. First, I've got to find a live dinosaur. What's wrong? Are you guys? Why would there be a problem of adding account food 15 years or something? And then I've gone to transfer to a new phone, I've even logged on that new phone, but I can't log in on this phone that's just lridiculous like a can't explain it

Dear Mozilla,

I cannot syncronise my phone with my laptop wich would be really useful for me. Thats one of the main reasons I prefer Mozilla as my primary browser. So far I had no problem with it on my other deviceis and so I hope this can be solved.

I've recently upgraded from an a34 to an a56, both phones running the same build of Firefox, both signed into my account however the old phone can see the tabs of my laptop and the new phone, the new phone can't see anything. I'd like to be able to port the tabs over ideally.

Also of note is the tab view is totally different between the two phones in layout too.

I'm at a loss as to how I can painlessly move over the tabs.

sync between Android pad and Win desktop only works occasionally. says "last sync nn hours ago" for a long time but then syncs regularly. this used to work in earlier versions

I was advised by ESET to change my Facebook password, which I have done on my desktop. The new password was successfully saved to Firefox Password Manager. My Android phone is SYNCed to the desktop, but Facebook on my phone refuses to accept the new password.

Cant sign in to scan code to sync devices.

I will be 99 years old trying to do what you say i must but there is no sign in

I use Firefox as my default browser for my PC, Mac and Android phone. Suddenly, all of my bookmarks and home screen shortcuts have disappeared... I'm guessing after an update. I'm also guessing I'm not the first person with this issue I have tried syncing multiple times as well as uninstall and reinstall... Nothing, they are all gone. They are all still there on my PC versions. Can't find any tab for bookmark backups, Can you help me get these back?

ESET advised me to change my Facebook password. I decided to accept a randomly generated password so I can't remember it - I had to manually edit it in Firefox Password Manager on my desktop. I have reinstalled Firefox on my Android phone and successfully SYNCed it to the desktop, but Facebook keeps trying to use the old password.

I was thinking use clear data to free up some space for my storage, so I sync with sync 0 min ago display. I log back in, everything disappear. Little stressed. Anyway to get back my data?

Other info: Before press sync, did display sync 3 min ago, after press sync, display sync 0 min ago

Account only use on Android, doesn't sync to other device

Firefox desktop and Fennec Android are syncing everything perfectly, including tabs from Fennec in Firefeox, except for when I try to view tabs from Firefox in Fennec I get the message: "You don't have any tabs open in Fennec on your other devices".

I have tried to figure out what's causing this and have searched for answers but I can't figure it out. Could anyone suggest what the problem might be please. Appologoes if this is something obvious I've just missed.

Hi, asking again for help on recovering my bookmarks and history on the mobile Firefox. Since the screen layout is suddenly different (graphic boxes vs the drop down list it's always been), I assume there was an update. I kept logging in with Google but nothing happens. If you can help, please reply. I'm visually impaired and I depend on bookmarks and history to get things and medical services I need. I know it's just as frustrating for anyone to lose their history, just a bit more difficult for me. Thanks for anything you can do, I appreciate it!

Je suis bien connectée à mon compte modzilla sur mon pc et mon android. Sur mon pc, j'ai bien récupéré les marques pages de mon android. Par contre sur mon android, je n'ai pas récupéré les marques pages de mon pc... Pouvez vous m'aider s'il-vous-plaît ? Merci

I have tried logging out and logging back in on my android firefox. accounts.firefox.com shows it is logged in, yet I do not see my firefox on android listed in my "Tabs from other devices"/"Synced tabs", in fact, I do not see any other device tabs listed. On my android firefox, it shows that I am logged in, yet the checkmarks for choosing what I want to sync are all disabled, the sync now button can be clicked but does nothing. I have tried logging out, forced stopping firefox app, and restarting android, nothing worked.

No doubt this has been asked before but I haven't found an answer, apologies! Just got a new phone. I have well over 100 tabs open on Firefox on my old phone and want to move them over to the new one if that's possible. The phones are synced but alas that doesn't do it. Is there a way to transfer all those tabs over to the new phone without copying every single Web address the hard way?

I am currently on the latest version of Firefox Beta for Android, version 146.0b4.

For some time now (6+ months), this installation of beta fails to sync my bookmarks from or to Mozilla's servers. I've verified that desktop Firefox and Firefox stable on Android will still sync.

It took me some time to notice this was the case, and at first I hoped it would resolve itself, but it hasn't. I have many newer bookmarks on this installation of the browser, and if I reinstalled in an attempt to fix this issue, I would lose these bookmarks.

How can I keep my newer bookmarks on mobile, while also fixing the sync functionality? There doesn't seem to be a way to backup bookmarks on Android other than sync, which isn't working.

Other sync data aside from bookmarks is still syncing fine. I tried signing out of Firefox on all devices, then signing back in, but that didn't resolve the issue.
