Hi everytime I use the translate option it seems to flip my previous choice and selection...I live in Austria but speak only english...but i even get russian options and … (ebele ya kotanga)

Hi everytime I use the translate option it seems to flip my previous choice and selection...I live in Austria but speak only english...but i even get russian options and sometimes im on a german site and it asks to translate english to german....it makes no sense
