Suddenly Citi Bank won't let me make payment via Firefox browser, say I have to use Chrome or the MS They say it's Firefox issue not theirs. I don't want to use any other browser. I've always made payments to my banks on the private browser Firefox. Suddenly cannoit.

When loading webpages, it will often take 60-90 seconds to load the page. I've only seen this happen when loading the page for the first time, once it loads navigating through subpages is seamless. It doesn't seem to be tied to any particular domain, I've had it happen randomly on gaming websites, tech websites, even google searches. The most notable coincidence is that in the networking tab of the developer console, it always(?) takes almost exactly 30 seconds on DNS resolution, 30 seconds on Connecting, sometimes a 30s Blocking element, and then the remainder is near instantaneous; screenshot attached. My network is fine, I'm able to play low-latency games without issue, and Chrome is not exhibiting the same behaviour.

Things I've tried to resolve:

• Restarting computer -- issue has been persisting for months
• Created a new Firefox profile -- still showing the same behaviour
• Disabling all addons/testing Troubleshoot Mode
• Proxy settings in Firefox -- No Proxy and System proxy settings are both showing the behaviour
• Disabling DNS over HTTPS

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On a website I visit, Firefox is not showing icons. The attached picture shows how it looks in Fifefox on top and Edge on the bottom on the same PC. Things I have done so far:

1) Cleaned cookies and cache 2) Turned off all extensions and virus program 3) Turned off hardware acceleration

Firefox is my defult browser which I use for 90% of the time - over the last week ebay has become vertually unuseable so having to use chrome as a backup which works fine tried using ccleaner which cleans the cash etc now lost all passwords and logins also as you can see spell check GB English fails to work many times for forms such as this inc freecycle etc etc - so help please from someone with the knowhow did install a spell checker as an plugin or extension some time ago dont recall what it was called but failed to work - so now heading into my 80's the grey matter fails to work as it did 30 years ago and could do with a little help thanks in advance.

I've been a Firefox user for ages but in the last week I haven't been able to use it at all. Every time I launch the desktop browser it gives me a blank page. I can type in addresses but they never take me anywhere. No google. Can't access settings. Nothing. I've tried seemingly everything. Safe mode. Administrator. Deleted everything and installer at least 5 times to try and start from scratch to no avail. Tried Revo. Tried multiple anti-malware cleans. System updates. Tried using older versions of Firefox. Everything short of a factory reset on the whole desktop which I'm really trying to avoid. I've checked every Reddit thread and forum post I could get my hands on and nothing is working. Does anyone know how to get Firefox working again? I've tried other browsers and hate them I would really like to keep using FF if I can. Picture shows what the app has looked like every time I boot it up or try to search anything for the past week.

I have written you all now three times. I cannot use Safeway.com to order my groceries and have had this problem since October of last year. I have to use another brower, which I detest to make my orders. All of my preferences are on the safeway.com page but when I search, let's just say "eggs" it tells me that my spelling must be wrong or there are no items that match my search. Please please help me fix this. I have called Safeway.com 4 times and they say it is a Firefox issue. Thank you.

Firefox is up to date, I am using ProtonVPN. When connecting to the VPN from the desktop app firefox will not load any pages. If I connect through the browser extension the internet functions properly. other apps and browsers perform as expected

Ever since the Firefox 136.0.1 upgrade our Firefox icon to connect to Firefox will not work. It just spins out. Do we have to re-install Firefox and in so doing lose our bookmarks? Thanks

Firefox will not allow me to access my internet banking account. The recent update caused me many problems. Is there a seurity setting in Firefox that I should take a look at or correct? Thank you!

While editing a Wordpress blogpost in HTML, the cursor does not appear, either as blinking or otherwise. Resultantly, I cannot edit a post. The editing I intend cannot be done in visual settings.

Apparently, his problem was specific to Firefox , as the problem disappeared as he switched to Chrome. My similar problem disappears as I switch to Microsoft Edge.

Reading the crash dumps when our systems crash, keeps showing this same result. Firefox's "web content" is crashing our systems.

I have my business emails set up on FireFox. Whenever my Windows updates during the night causing my PC to restart I lose all of my connectivity settings on FireFox. Whenever I attempt to login to sites I have already established connections for, the site sees me as having a new PC and I have to start all over with the inputting of login credentials. What in my settings can be modified to stop this from happening.

I am getting crashes with the latest Win7 ESR release (115.21.0esr).

Looking at the crash report indicates EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ. Crash Address is 0xfffffffffffffffb

I was running ESR fine on my old Win7 system, but then I think I recently updated to this release and started seeing these constant crashes.

The crashes usually happen when I try to load a new page or click on a link that loads a new page, but sometimes it also crashes when I close a tab. Certain URLs almost always seem to causes the browser to crash (for instance https://www.gog.com/redeem, although I did get it to work once), but other sites seem to work fine and never crash.

I started a new profile with no add-ons, etc. and still same crashes (see below report ID for this crash).

I haven't seen any other problems on my system other than Firefox crashing, so don't thing it is a problem other than something internal to this version of Firefox, but I could be wrong about that...

Hello! I have recently not been able to view any images when I click on the "Images" tab after I have typed something into the search engine. I cleared my cache, thinking it was just loading slowly or something and figured I would free up a little space. It didn't help at all. I do have an older MacBook Pro (2016). I'm hoping it's not that my computer is too old to run a Firefox update or something. Any thoughts? Thank you for your help! -Lorrie

For some time now, firefox literally has NO horizontal scrollbar, even on sites when it is clearly needed.

How do I make it visible? Is it a Windows 10 & 11 thing?

Also, before anyone suggests it, several posts online mention to go to Settings > General > Browsing > Always show scrollbars. These posts are over a year old, however, and this option DOES NOT exist.

Recently (last two FF versions), when updating as a non-admin Mac OS 15 user, there has been an issue with the PrivilegedHelperTool - a tool that allows non-admin users to provide an admin password and update files in /Applications. The Helper Tool accepted the password but then closed. Starting Firefox will only bring the Helper Tool (admin login) back again, making it impossible to run Firefox under this user. The admin user was not affected. The solution was to reinstall Firefox. I had to remove my profile files in Library/Application Support and restart a few times until I could regain Firefox. I have seen issues with the Privileged Helper Tool with another app, sometimes even corrupting the update. I hope this helps other people to address this and that the issue is resolved in future versions.

I'm having three problems.

First, for a long while, I've been getting "launcher-process-failure" files in my Windows 10 "C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Local\Temp" directory. They seem to be related to Firefox. They start with a letter "x" and file extension "0" and are only 1K.

Second, atarting with FireFox update 136.0, I have to completely restart Windows then open FireFox for it to install. Otherwise, it does nothing when FireFox restarts itself.

Third, I can't determine the exact event that causes this, but there are times when I am in FireFox and I start hearing wants sounds like Ocean waves. I checked Windows Task Manager and nothing else is running that would cause that sound. It goes away when I close FireFox and it doesn't matter what site I'm on .
