Tab groups in Canada?

Hi I'm desperately in need of this feature as I'm drowning in tabs, It doesn't seem to be available in Canada, when will it be rolled out here? Thanks

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to c… (ebele ya kotanga)

I'm running v138.0.1, but the ability to group tabs that was supposedly introduced in v137 is completely absent from my browser. I can neither drag tabs onto another to create a group, nor create groups by right clicking on a tab. What's up with that?
