You might not have Microsoft 365, but you must use the server names prescribed by Microsoft and the one in your error message is not the one they say to use. They say use outlook.office365.com

You might also want to check they have not disabled IMAP or POP as suggested in their support article which addresses enabling IMAP and or POP and the correct server settings to use.
