Hi, I can't open Firefox anymore... When I click on the icon to open the app, it gives me an error:

"Firefox encountered a problem and quit. upon restart, the application will try to restore tabs and windows."

I've tried disinstalling and reinstalling Firefox, but same error!

Hi Could be a problem with the graphics display driver.

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if that works.

  • Windows: hold down the Shift key while starting Firefox
  • Mac: hold down the Options key while starting Firefox

Hi cor-el, thank you for your answer. I read abotu graphics drivers so I had tried to update everithings but nothing. I've tried to hold shift and open Firefox in Safe Mode but it doesn't work! I cannot open it in Safe Mode, it gives me the crash before and the same...

The last report mentions Malwarebytes. Update Malwarebytes. If the problem continues, disable it.
