Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

When attempting to sign in using google on firefox, the page I've included as an image below pops up. In order to solve the issue, I've tried clearing cookies and browsing data, refreshed firefox, and uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox. This happens on all websites, and only when using firefox.

I just wanted to let CollieSmile that I really like their themes shown on Firefox. I am not sure how to reach her/him, so I thought I would start here. Nothing to complain about, just like the themes. How can one reach the creators here? Thanks

Noticed earlier today that after a Firefox update two icons appeared on the taskbar. Now I'm finding that whenever I try open Firefox from the taskbar it doesn't remember my previous session and looks as if I've signed out, Firefox behaves normally if I launch from the start menu.

I'm using Firefox Browser Windows MSIX package, mozzilla-MSIX - 1.0 v1.3.1.0 (64-bit). On Windows 11 Pro v23H2 build 22631.4169.

I wanted to sign in to my google account but the link under logging in is towards a help centre question about clearing cache. I can in no way log in to my google account on firefox. Can someone help me with this? I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling me my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that.

So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account.

I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me somehow! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! Every time now I get asked additional info just to use FB, as in scoping what's happening. It seems that the info FB has for me to cont6act me is no longer correct, e.g. I want to check the mobile phone number that is on my record. Where can I check that (what is the link) ?
