I have added (as a start) some web shortcuts to my Firefox Focus home screen. However, they are cut off, so I can only see the top part of the label. I can work out what they are but what happens when I add more shortcuts? How can I see the whole shortcut and label, please? I'm using Android version 14.

My favourite weather app is not working on my phone, but they also have a website, so I decided to use the 'install' option from the menu to install a direct link to the website.

When I use this website in Firefox, the first question I get is my location. When I open the website again this is not asked again.

But when I use the installed link on the homescreen it ask's my location every time, like this is not saved or something like that, a bit the same as 'ingognito mode'.

Is there a possibility that when I used the installed link on my homescreen that it save's my location (history) so that it not asked every time I open it ?

I just downloaded dozens of photos — long press, then “add to photos” — and they are nowhere to be found. I discovered too late that I hadn’t turned on permissions for Firefox to access photos. But not once did I get a warning about that. Are those photos actually saved somewhere, or Is there any way to recover them? Either way, why did I not get a warning that Firefox couldn’t access my photos?

I had to reset my first gen iPad Air and do not have Firefox. The app store requires IOS 13 to download. I have version 12.5.7. is there a way to get an older version to install on my iPad?

Question: is there a way to clear all website data except for certain ones? Like a white list.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with ios 17.1.1. I have Moziilla Firefox for iOS 126.1.

I would like to clear all private data except for Cache and Cookies on certain websites that I frequently visit, so that I don’t have to log in each time and my data from that site won’t be lost.

Currently I have to go into Settings-Data Management-Website Data-and select each site separately to delete unwanted data. It will only allow me to delete 10 sites at a time. When I click on “show more” it reveals the whole list. However, when I click on one, the list disappears.

Is there any way to save data for certain sites and delete the rest?

How do I export bookmarks either on my iphone or my iPad? All the instructions seem to be for desktop. There is no ‘manage bookmarks’ at the bottom of the bookmark menu. Desktop is not an option.

So I got a new phone and I'm trying to sync it with the old Android but it's like it literally has nothing but the login name. I still have to go login all these websites and it won't boot all my tabs from the old phone I don't even want to try to buy anything find out that I have to do all the credit card stuff again. I do not have a desktop right now

For some reason, Mozilla is showing me different folders in the "new bookmark" dialog than it is when I go into my actual bookmarks. I added a new subfolder through the "new bookmark" dialog, but it isn't showing up when I open my bookmarks menu. I then tried adding a subfolder in the bookmarks menu to see if it worked the other way around, but that folder isn't showing up in the "new bookmark" dialog either. Ideas? Suggestions? I'm a relatively new Firefox user, and this is really frustrating me!

Hello Mozilla company. Sorry for this email but it's just a brief one. I'm thanking ghostery app extension for I believe it helps a lot tracking unidentified websites entering my account but I am not am expert to believe that I am safe now,with this query I would humbly ask for your help to assess and confirm if there is or nothing at all Any issues on my account. Mozilla's Android app has extension support but Mozilla's iOS app doesn't, I don't know why, I don't want to use Android, the only feature I miss on Android is this Firefox feature.

Firefox is my GoTo browser. I appreciate that it is open source and respects privacy and security.

Right now I am struggling with release 126.0 on a Lenovo tablet running Android 13. My issue is the use and access to bookmarks. Unlike previous versions of Firefox there seems to be no way to get a bookmarks toolbar. That was a helpful feature in previous versions. And favorites are not as clean. My hope is that Mozilla will return to a bookmark toolbar.
