I have been using the thimble service for some time, and a couple of days ago it has just stopped working for both me and my colleague.

Is the service down?

Its working fine. May be clear your cookies and cache.

Still facing the issue, provide the screenshot of that

Maybe the ISP is blocking you, Try checking up with your ISP. Also sometimes your own Firewall could be blocking it so check your Firewall settings. Try switching it off and then trying.
