"Since installing Firefox, can no longer send any docs or photos in e.mail. (e.mail provider Talktalk)" - have cleared all cookies/cache's (& previously had success) but problem has now re-occurred. Help!! driving me potty
Have tried the following remedy, which worked for a few weeks, now problem has re-occurred. Have cleared ALL cookies/cache's/ history etc. but NO JOY.
on support.mozilla.org: -> Clear Cookies & Cache
-> Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
