I just got finished running disk clean up, and both google chrome and firefox stopped working. I uninstalled both browsers and tried to re-download them using internet explorer. Internet explorer wasn't letting me download anything so I got the startup applications from my laptop, and put them on a jump drive. Then i used my jump drive to put the browsers back on my computer. I got google chrome working, but not firefox. When I open the browser, i get the error message "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible"
