This is very frustrating -- this feature worked in ver. 3, not sure about 4, but now FF 5 has removed it. This is important enough to me to either revert to v. 3 or use Opera (see below). IE v. 8 has removed it too. Opera v. 11 will do it -- but it only saves to the desktop and not to folders, so you have to drag the icon to the desktop and then drag it into the folder. I use this regularly with presentations -- will be doing one next weekend -- and I take it on a USB memory stick to someone else's computer. I can click on a link in the presentation folder and have that page open in their default browser. It does me no good to have the link in my bookmarks back at my office.
