On the Mozilla.org Login page the text box labels Username and Password (and the Sign In button) show up in an Asiatic languge, which is strange as I have no such language settings anywhere on my PC - I am using Firefox 4.0.1.
I am unable to provide you with an example of the text because when I try copy/paste the characters all revert to "?".

Which language locale do you see on the location bar?
Does it help if you change the locale to en-US? https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/users/login
