missing home page settings ios
this was actually solved for me last night and I should’ve took a screenshot of what I was told to do because it worked well now I have a homepage, but it doesn’t have the new changes I made to the wallpaper and it was keeping too many jump back in things so I wanted to take those out and instead I wiped everything out

Settings › Homepage › Include on homepage…
than is again I took a screenshot this time. I kept going to Apple settings not the settings in Firefox. I get it now.
I usually post screen shots that make it apparent it's the menu within the browser, this time did it in neither of your questions sadly — glad you found your way. Usually the only system settings interesting are for "low level" stuff like language/region, permission, cellular data enablement and some platform–specific API things in the system browser advanced panels — the usual day–to–day things related to your browsing are right in the app.
