Message not visible with no filter activated, all account are synchronized

At the beginning I see some message disappear (moved from inbox to the folder but never show in the folder) then following some advises I made a Repair Folder, then all messages in the folder disappear.

As you can see, on the gmail picture there is 114 emails in this folder, in the Thunderbird picture it count only 7 and display none.

Please any one have a solution ?
