My personal PC broke and i need help!

I'm sorry, i am really bad with PCs but my personal computer broke up 2 days a go, we manage to take it to a service and everything seems to be fine BUT MY YOUTUBE AND GOOGLE ACCOUNT. It want take some browsers (chrome, firefox etc) as my preferred browsers or even help me with basic goggle tools. I mean - it's not a big deal, but i need to learn how to use my own PC after 10 years?! I don't think that's fair. Don't i have a right too choose a platform, especially when i'm paying for it? Please help me, all i want is just a BASIC stuff. Is that too much too ask?

Also, i don't play games, or anything like that. I use my PC like i used to back in 2005. Once again,help me or give me a good advice. Cheers from Europe!
