I found the resolution to this problem. I fixed this by clicking on the PUZZLE piece, then my add-ons dropped down, I then selected which add-on I wanted and clicked on the gear. Then the options dropped down. I just selected the PIN TO TOOLBAR. Now every thing is fine. I would think that SYNC NOW would have corrected this problem; but it seems SYNC NOW doesn't do anything.
