Sorry for the inconvenience. The team is working on implementing a modern embedded search UI for the New Tab. For now, unfortunately, you won't be able to change that behavior. The old code has been removed to clean up space for the new one.

Don't trash your old shoes before you've got a new pair! This is extremely annoying!

I hate to go back another browser. Unfortunately this behavior is unacceptable for me.
