Certain websites show user names that I have not saved and are wrong. I have disabled form and password settings. Where do these come from?

The setting is "Remember search and form history" and you can delete individual items.
Note that some websites may show suggestions as an example of what you can enter as valid data. If you can right-click in this list then this is likely part of the page code.
