Geo location is bases on your O/S map location detector and if you use VPN or Proxy connection then it will give the wrong location. Also if you block site cookies that can also give wrong geo location. So how are you verifying that your from the location you say your from? That would help others figure what is going on or if 3rd party software is causing this. But your Browser uses the Geo Map location provider by your O/S and ISP for location.
