500 error, can't even login to get help
Just recently discovered I couldn't sync. Tried to sync and kept on getting 500 error. Same issues with Firefox on my phone. Changed password and I could sync again on the phone but on the browser nothing seems to work. Can't even login keeps on having 500 error message. Updated password on accounts.firefox.com New update must have screwed things up.

Having updated your password on accounts.firefox.com (and waiting a couple of minutes), are you then using the same password in both copies of Firefox?
Nope, restarted Firefox still 500 error
If you have changed your password, you will need to use it in both copies of Firefox for Sync to work.
Yes both passwords entered are the same....the problem is once I click to try and login in it goes straight to 500 error
