Thunderbird search isn't working very well for me
Hi, I recently began using Thunderbird, and I've found its search to be not so good. Results are quite incomplete. Are there alternative ways to search my Thunderbird emails?

Global Search (Ctrl+K) searches ('facetted') all accounts but omits certain folders by default, such as Trash. If it's not working, rebuilding the database may help. Include a folder from the Properties context menu.
Classic Search (Ctrl+Shift+F) is for searching an account or a folder and subfolders.
Quick Filter Bar (Ctrl+Shift+K) searches the current folder according to Sender, Subject etc.
Which one have you tried?
