how do i import excel from saved firefox info when new hard drive was put in
new hard drive was put in by geek squad- cannot find excel (used to be found by clicking four window panes bottom left then it would show to the right among several ie weather ,solitaire paint 3 etc doesn't show in drop down either nor does microsoft word shouldn't this have been restored by geek squad also they didn't save bookmarks from harddrive luckily there was backup from previous repair as you can see I am not computer savey as i am not familiar with terms

Hi bpavelschak, Click on Start and scroll down to see if Microsoft Office is there.
Alternatively, click on Start, click on the Gear Icon Windows settings will open Click on Apps see if Microsoft Office is listed in Apps & Features.
If you don't see it, you may have to re-install it from an install disk.
Or, contact Geek Squad.
thank you Microsoft office is not there so I used alternative suggestion the only items listed was microsoft edge microsoft photos, and microsoft solitaire also did not see exel I guess its back to the geek squad
