List failing to export out of our CRM from Firefox? Export from Chrome and Edge.
Our CRM which is cloud based, their default browser is Firefox. We export lists of contacts and information. However intermittently lists fail - some days the list will work when other days they wont. There is no consistency to the failing of the lists. Our CRM team are saying that this is due to our Firewall, however this would mean that the lists would fail all the time and not sometimes. We have also tested exporting the lists from Chrome and Microsoft Edge and have not had any failed exports. So this leads us to believe that the issue is between Chrome and our CRM. Could someone please help where we can go to next to resolve this?
