No room in question field, so I say "dlgue" = dialogue

Also, is it possible to share info that is on a webpage, w. or w/o my deliberately summoning it then, with another webpage owned and run by a person or org w. no relations with 1st webpage's? If, and if not, both webpages are connected to my PC?

Thank you!

Hi. I would say you picked up something a little nasty there or a surprise : Please type or Copy/Paste : about:studies into the Address Bar and Enter. Any extensions that you see listed there, you can either disable or remove. Please Click on Update Preferences uncheck the top box that is displayed in Blue. Restart Firefox

If that changes nothing please follow below :

Please use Win10 Search for Programs & Features and once up please check your list of programs for something you do not know. Also can use the date of the install to when this 1st started to narrow it down. Look for Fiddle JSFiddle

Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :

Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :

Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Are you saying I quite possibly/probably/or definitely have an infection that causes a Firefox graphic, that is NOT user- (me- nor the like-) changeable, to appear self-contradictory, within itself? I'm close to a beginner re. most things w. computers. but that is awfully far-fetched-sounding, sorry.

This graphic is in the Support/Troubleshooting pages of Mozilla---nothing else has self-contradictions in its appearance on my PC's screen, nor has anything had such. For probably all the years (3-4) I've had this well-operating, well-defended vs. malware, PC. After buying it new, in factory-specs condition, treated protectively ever since.

I really appreciate your trying to help me, tho!

Please look at my questions (2) closer.

  Sincerely,
    Alan K 5

Thank you, Pkshadow---I GUESS. Are you saying "I don't know" to my only question in my last prior e-mail to you, namely:

Are you saying I quite possibly/probably/or definitely have an infection that causes a Firefox graphic, that is NOT user- (me- nor the like-) changeable, to appear self-contradictory, within itself?

If yes, why would you not know what you are saying?

If no, were you distracted by something, poorly-slept, or the like?

I have not allowed Firefox/Mozilla to collect any data it doesn't have to, to allow minimal use of Mozilla software, in over a year, and this problem only appeared yesterday, 7-23-18, to best of my knowledge. So studies-enabling sure seems like a waste of time, and a non-big, but non-insignificant, additional incremental loss of privacy/security. For data re. how I---tho always legally and morally---have used Mozilla software, atop the non-ethnic "water torture" of everyday life's incremental losses of data privacy and security. That are like a slow disappearance of the interior of the walls around a bank vault every few hours, not noticed till the inside-job theft attempts finally succeed.
