Profile manager doesn't run on ThunderbirdPortable even when I use the switch key given in the support page
ThunderPortable has suddenly stopped finding my profile (it opens with no accounts and asking me to set them up as though it's the first time I'm using it). I tried to run the profile manager (in the hope of re-establishing the link) using the -p switch as per instructions on the support pages but it still just opens with the new account page. How do I either get ThunderbirdPortable to find the profile automatically (I've changed nothing in the Thuderbird folders so there's no reason for it not to be finding the profile anyway) or run the manager so I can link it manually.
