view selection source just shows white screen. nothing displayed. tried highlighting/selecting text on page showing selection source. does not work right. copy link location works, if you hit the right spot. i think text is just invisible. may be related to the stupid new color scheme i seem to have after the latest update. tried changing themes, colors, no help. ugly colors i can live with. invisible text i can not !

Hi sorry having a issue : 1st try this please as there : appears to be an issue that only affects users who have turned off cleartype font rendering within their windows settings. So a workaround for the moment would either be to turn cleartype back on or disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/performance-settings

If this does not fix the issue : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0.1 with a Full Version Installer

fyi you can do many thinks and have many looks with : USSER CHROME URL'S

Note not all code in one place.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Thanks ! I turned on cleartype and it fixed it ! I don't know if the latest Firefox update needed this and prior versions did not, or if it somehow got turned off.

I don't remember having messed with this setting, and definitely not lately, so I am at a loss if / how it got turned off. Maybe a Firefox or Windows update did it ? Hopefully it stays set !

Something is still not quite right with the look of some of my regular sites, but as far as I can tell, nothing serious is wrong, so I might just ignore whatever happened. It is also hard for me to define just what is different, so until I figure it out, I can't really make a specific complaint or search for a fix yet. maybe later ! Seems like I see more white in backgrounds, for instance, but again, I'm not sure what it was like before.

P. S. - I like fixes that don't involve uninstalling/ reloading everything. That is always a pain, I am really glad the first suggestion worked !
