Will i can change color of tabs title (or tabs) via userChrome.css ? I want to get gray shaded style of suspended/unloaded tabs, like on BarTab.

I don't think that you might be able to override this color as it appears to be a feature added by an extension. You can check the settings of this extension or possibly contact its developer for support.
