Did reset and lost all passwords, favorites, etc. Please help
I got a message at bottom of screen that Firefox was slow and it suggested I do reset. I did reset and now don't have all my favorites, extensions, add-ins and all my passwords. Please help me recover lost info. Desperate! Thanks.

As far as we know, when you reset the browser - all your data is old data: passwords, bookmarks - are placed in a folder on the desktop Old data Firefox->Old_Profile_Name.default. All addons are removed. From this folder, you can restore the information that was before the reset browser.
If you have not removed the old profile folder, then to recover the data, read this article.
If you deleted this folder after you reset the browser, and if you did not sync, data restore will fail.
