I have my options selected for Firefox to restore windows and tabs when starting. This issue began yesterday when one of the tabs I had opened was running a script that crashed the browser. When I reopened Firefox, my tabs were gone and when I tried to save something to One Tab, the site just disappeared -- and One Tab didn't open in a tab.
