I want to send emails to groups (which I have already made) and at times I want to add selected addresses to send at the same time. Is there an easy way of doing it?

"physically lift them" - what does that mean?

Are you familiar with the Contacts Sidebar (F9) in the Write window?

Just add them as separate To:/Cc:/Bcc: entries.

I want to be able to take addresses from my address book and add them to cc or bcc but without having to physically lift them, and put them on a new line for each entry and mark each line as bcc or cc. With my last system there was an ok box that I could just click on for each address and they all went to where I had designated. Much easier! Is there a way of doing this on this system?

By physically lift I mean highlighting and then dragging them to the address lines. That, to me is long-winded, and when I do that I have to put them on a new line , I cannot put them on the same line with a semi colon (;) between them. Also when I have put the 1st address in the new email the address book disappears. My old system (old computer, this is a new one) I had let me highlight an address the click ok for which line (cc or bcc) I wanted them to go to. I am not familiar with the Contacts Sidebar. Thank you Zenos for trying to help me, it is very much appreciated.
