How do I stop duplicate emails from being sent to me many times?
Emails as old as as 5 weeks, keep appearing in my inbox. Same email, same date/time. As many as 6 repeats.

I use Thunderbird on a MAC, Sophos AntiVirus.
This problem was NOT solved as the text states.
Now I am receiving 4-5 duplicate emails dated 1969.
I am about ready to dump Thunderbird.
This problem has been ongoing for a few years and never gets solved.
