I have been instructed to install AVG Web TuneUp in my web browser (Firefox) How do I do this?

I am running AVG Zen and, when I open the program, the Web TuneUp panel stays orange and claims to be 'not activated'. A message comes up to say I have to install AVG Web TuneUp in my web browser which is Firefox. I can't find out how to do this. Can anyone help?
