Bonjour, depuis l'installation de Windows-8.1, je n'ai plus d'accès à Firefox qui ne peut se connecter. Le problème est similaire avec chrome. Seul internet explorer marche.

ou doit-on porter plainte contre Windows, c'est important.
comment résoudre mon problème. J'ai essayé cette solution : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/974612
elle ne fonctionne pas et cmd me dit : La commande suivante n'a pas été trouvé : winsock reset

Could you check the suggestions in this article: Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can.
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.
