Hi! The problem i have is that when i try to download something, from different internet pages, Firefox Crash and then the Firefox Crash Window doesn't appear. Nor typing "about:crashes" i get any information about the problem in the browser. I hope the troubleshooter extension can do anything, and you (: Thanks for your time!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences in the address bar and press enter

Select Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

Are you running Firefox in compatibility mode?

You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
