Survey prompts every time I open app for first time. Regardless of answer nothing happens. How do I make it go away permanently? I’m fine with taking a survey but it just doesn’t open.

I've suddenly started getting continuous pop-up notifications warning of a virus, a trojan virus, system alert, etc. Some mention McAfee (I use Total AV and have run scans and it says there are no problems). THese bitufucatuibs sat they are coming from Firefox. They are just constant and even when I delete them they just keep coming. What's going on?

Why did I receive a message saying I could shake my phone to summarise an article, after I had already used the kill switch to turn off all AI? Was this a genuine mistake or is Mozilla sneaking AI features back on for people who specify asked to turn them all off?

since making Firefox my default browser I keep getting "google chrome is not your default browser" how do I get rid of it? I have been trying. But google advice keeps making Chrome my browser. If cannot get rid of it I will just have to make Chrome my browser again.

Roughly every two weeks, when accessing gmail, I get this popup in the upper right of the screen. I have tried clicking dismiss, I have tried the dropdown to "see fewer hints", neither thing makes any difference. Please stop interrupting me to tell me about this feature - I am very happy with my current method of accessing my email.

I'm being bombarded by FireFox regarding "Dangerous Files" Downloaded, and I cant find a way to turn them off! I have Malewarebytes installed and I don't need nor desire for FireFox and a number of your PAID advertisers like McAfee, to be involved in my on-line protection. I'm on windows 10 in EU with the free extended support. Everytime I open a new tab a banner appears asking me to enable backup to prepare for windows 11. I DON'T want to enable backup. I clicked dismiss but it keeps showing up all the time, it's incredibly annoying.

When I sign in to Firefox it puts a message up saying Microsoft is no longer supporting Windows 10 and telling me to backup my info to get ready for Windows 11. I'm not planning to get Windows 11 as my PC won't support it. Should I ignore this message?

i have a lenovo windows 10 desktop media centre. every time i launch firefox on it is will ask me if i want firefox to start at startup, which i do not want. i have selected no on the push notification, and selected no in the settings yet the next time i open firefox it asks again, it is very annoying and has only been doing so for about 2 weeks

For a few weeks now, Firefox desktop (on both Linux & Windows) prompts me on every start to create a new profile. I don't want to create a new profile, nor do I want to disable profiles completely, but most of all, I don't want to be repeatedly prompted. Another peeve is the repeated advertising of the new "summary" feature. New features should be offered *once* with an option to *permanently* dismiss the reminders! Failing this, there should be an option to disable the reminder in settings, without having to use about:config!

This tab group notification seems to be bugged or something. It just keeps reminding me over and over and over and over.

Any help would be appreciated.

My screen has recently been drowned in completely uninteresting and unwanted boxes with various contents, signed Mozilla Firefox, that I have to keep clicking 'dismiss' on to get rid of - how can I make this unwanted invasion of my screen stop????
