I am signed in on all my devices. Yet nothing has synced since October 2025. So none of the books marks from my laptop display on my desktop in bookmark folder. The folders don't even match what is on my laptop. How do I fix and how do I prevent in the future?

I'm unable to find the sync bookmarks,

I'm trying for a long time, in my iPhone and MacBook, both Apps are the latest, using the same email and the Bookmarks do not show in any of the devises.

I tried linking my unlinked profile to my email, I made a typographical error there and when I tried to undo it, Mozilla says this profile is already linked to that email. Mind you, I have not even entered a password or verified that email address yet. I cannot even remove that email from the profile now, even if I do and try to re-sign, the accounts page says I am already synced to the typo email.

Android: Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (SM-X200), Firefox 147.0.2 (~1500 bookmarks) - Old account deleted, cache cleared, restart. New account + Sync enabled.

Windows 11: Huawei MateBook D15, Firefox 147.0.2 - Old profile/account removed. Same new account + Sync enabled. - 30+ min wait: NO SYNC. Logs clean, Places DB verified OK.

Suspected: Android bookmarks not uploading to Sync servers. Questions: - How to verify/force upload from Android to Mozilla servers? - Tools to export/backup Android Firefox bookmarks (no HTML export)?

With Firefox Android on my tablet, bookmarks are not syncing that i see when logged into my Firefox account on other devices. I tried logging out and in to my Firefox accont and also unchecking and checking the "sync bookmarks" box. Firefox Android says "bookmarks are now synced". But they aren't!

Sync is corrupting my bookmarks.

This is affecting Firefox on multiple Windows computers, and multiple Apple devices (phone and tablets).

Only partial data is available. The bookmark “tree” structure is complete, but the bookmarks are only partially populated (only about 15%, and it appears these are newer items).

I did not change/edit any bookmarks or Firefox settings. This did not occur after a Firefox or OS update (it has simultaneously affected Windows 11, Windows 10, iOS 26.2.1, and iPadOS 26.2.1 devices, Firefox 147.0.2 on the PCs, iOS 147.2.1).

One one computer I momentarily saw all the bookmarks (machine version) disappear as Firefox synced the corrupted version to that computer.

I know I can restore the bookmarks (at least temporarily, until Sync may re-corrupt them). What is causing sync to change MY information?

My bookmarks bar, etc have will not synced with my Firefox even though I ran "sync" several times. I haven't used this laptop in quite awhile, so I had to log in and sync. Also in my themes, a certain creator "MaDonna" has error messages on all of them" Cabin in the Mountains (and all others by her) by MaDonna could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled." In my extensions page, I get the same error message. I am beyond frustrated, I'm also very computer literate, but this mess has me baffled and frustrated :(

I have a Windows Surface Pro 8 and when I set it up, I had no issues with the Syncing or Add ons/Themes/Extensions, everything synced just fine. I have Theme categories set up, and that's not even on the Themes page. I have logged into all of my Firefox/Mozilla accounts. Can anyone help?

In the past I have had several computers synced together to keep bookmarks the same on each computer. Now I sometimes get the bookmarks but the links on the bookmarks are all changed to other sites. Everything is scrambled. How do I get a couple of my computers all syncing to other computers.

Is there some way to open all tabs on a synced device. I have the list of tabs showing in the sidebar. However, the instruction: "While viewing synced tabs in Sidebar, right clicking on device name allows you to open all tabs from a device at once." does not work. Right clicking does nothing. Version 147.0.2 (64-bit) in Windows 11. Thank you.

Здравствуйте, проблема с восстановлением моих закладок. Дело в том что я продал свой пк и купил новый. И когда установил браузер. Вошел!! В свой аккаунт где были сохранены вск мои пароли и заметки просто исчезли. Я не знаю что делать. Доступа к старому пк у меня нет. Я не понимаю почему браузер не хочет восстанавливать мои закладки и все сохраненные сайты.

Dear Support,

Since ages ago I've always logged into Firefox and turned on sync so whichever device I was on (or if I have formatted my PC) I would still have acces to my browser history, tabs etc. Today I've formatted my PC to switch from win 10 to win 11 and logged into firefox as usual, but after trying to Sync nothing happens. My tabs, my history, everything is empty for some reason and I cannot find my original device (the one from a few hours ago connected in win 10) in my connected devices list either.

Please help me, my whole life is in that sync :(

Hello Mozilla Support Team,

I am experiencing a critical Firefox Sync issue and would like to request your assistance.

I recently installed Firefox on a new Windows system and signed in using the same Firefox Account that I have used for a long time. Although my account shows recent activity (last connection around mid-February), none of my synced data has been restored on the new installation.

The missing data includes:

Saved passwords (logins)

Bookmarks

Firefox preferences/settings

I have carefully checked the Sync logs (about), and they indicate that collections for passwords, bookmarks, history, and preferences do exist on the Sync server. However, the new profile does not download or apply these records, and Sync appears to treat the new local profile as authoritative.

I suspect that repeated sign-ins and sync attempts from a fresh profile may have caused my previous data to be overwritten or made inaccessible, even though the server still reports existing collections.

Given the importance of this data, I would like to ask:

Is it possible to restore my Firefox Sync data (passwords, bookmarks, and preferences) from a snapshot or server-side state from approximately 20 days ago?

Is there any way to force a full restore from the server instead of uploading the empty local profile?

Are server-side backups or recovery options available in cases like this?

I fully understand that Firefox Sync uses end-to-end encryption, but since the data was previously accessible under the same account, I am hoping there may still be a recovery option.

Please let me know if you need any additional information, logs, or identifiers from my account or device to investigate further.
