Firefox crashes-Double Clicking Icon Does nothing, Won't open in Safe Mode???

When I double click the icon nothing happens, if I go under the "start" tab and try to open firefox in safe mode nothing happens. I tried going to "run", "firefox.exe -profilemanager" and a crash report came up so I went to...

"%APPDATA%/Mozilla/Firefox/Crash Reports/submitted" and about 14 crash reports came up.
