I have 2 additional shortcuts to Firefox listed on the Microsoft button, how do I delete the shortcuts?

When I go to the Microsoft button on the left hand side and open it, the Firefox logo is there, and there is an additional Firefox logo with the number 2 in brackets. How do I get rid of the additional shortcuts or logos?
