Firefox times out before certain web sites can load

Firefox will work fine for most addresses but times out for certain web sites. URL's I have had trouble with are:

http://www.cakecareers.com/frames.asp?p=manage

and

http://wake.digitalhealthdepartment.com/

I have cleared cookies and cache.
