i lost my secret phrase how to retrive it?

Unfortunately i removed all roaming data on my system.Now i lost all data regarding to firefox i.e.bookmarks,history,password all data.Now I am trying to sign in firefox sync .I am unable to recollect my secret pharse.How to retrieve it .It very imp that my passwords and bookmarks because i don't remember all data.Please help me to retrieve my secret phrase .
