Display setting
The option "Apply current view to --- -> Folders and subfolders ..." does not work! It ONLY applies to the current folder and also is no longer active after restart of the program. This is VERY annoying!

- arrange your columns as desired
- r. click any column header (From, Subject, etc.) > click 'Apply columns to...' > 'Folder and its children...'
- navigate back to the top level (Account name) and click it
