Hi! After the next Firefox update, all my bookmarks were gone in the browser. Help restore them, please.

Hi, if the bookmarks button is missing, open the 3-bar menu > Library > Bookmarks > Bookmarking tools, and click Add Bookmarks Menu to Toolbar - see Bookmarks in Firefox. If you don't see it on the toolbar, go to the 3-bar menu > Customize, and look for it in the palette, from where you can drag it to a toolbar. If the button is still missing, try clicking on Restore Defaults. More Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.

If it's the bookmarks themselves that are missing; first try restarting Firefox - 3-bar menu > Exit Firefox.

If that doesn't help, and in case a Refresh has occurred, please look on your Desktop for a file named Old Firefox Data - Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.

If the file isn't there, you can try this: Open bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import and Backup > Restore, and see if you have a backup there.

If not, please see -

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you!

Do you still see all the bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Show All Bookmarks)?

You can check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.
