Is there a way to have a shortcut which includes the values of post fields on a webpage so they do not have to be manually entered?

I often visit a web page which requires three fields of data to then retrieve a different page of information. The fields are always have the same identifying information and I would like to know if there is a way to include that page information in the shortcut call?

The webpage shortcut (from the bookmark) is https://dcr.alleghenycounty.us/SelectCaseID.asp?filename=Welcome.htm&NoLoginRequired=yes

No, but a "form fill" add-on might prove helpful. AMO search for "form fill"
