Hi. Block Party was just pitched by the WaPo but I see few people here are using it ... yet. Perhaps because you're not monitoring it? I am curious about how it got such a MAJOR free (?) promotion and whether/if there's a way you can or do verify it's claims? For instance, maybe it does what it says it does (clean/close gaps in privacy) but what does it do with the intel it gains?

Is there any chance you can/will verify it in the future?

PCHelpSoft has installed itself and I cant get rid of it. It doesnt appear in my programmes and features and every attempt to uninstall it has failed. Pop ups telling me my drivers need updating begin at 9.15am and continue every 2 hrs throughout the day. Response from PCHelpSoft is to give me half a dozen ways to remove it, none of which work, or else seem to risky to try. Any thoughts?

today I received an email from the thunderbird Newsletter team advising me of a data breach relating to MailChimp. It came on a unique disposable address only used for Thunderbird matters. Everything about it checks out as genuine and the various clickable links are the same as those I received on my original subscription email, but when I tried to use the "change my preferences" link (which again links to the genuine site, I got to a site which said it would send a verification email to my email address h t t p s:/ /thunderbird.us12.list-manage.com/profile/send-email (obfuscated for forum) . No such email arrives. There are NO ways I can see of contacting anyone on the newsletter team. I am trying to change the address used to send the newsletter to me, but am unable to do so as the verification email never arrives. Two questions - is this "important notice about your thunderbird newsletter subscription" genuine, and secondly - how do I update my preferences if I never get the verification email and can't otherwise contact the newsletter team? Thanks for any assistance, I can't see any other way of contacting the team.

As creator of retroonline.net. We recently noticed Firefox have limited value size in IDB which Chrome and Edge do not have. This limitation prevents big games running on Firefox despite Firefox has the best performance on WASM. Will there be a proper way to change this limitation or plan to remove it?

PC SoftHelp have been plaguing for weeks with their pop up adverts that appear several times a day, advertising their services. They dont appear in my programmes and services file so there isnt aaanything to uninstall. My spam software clearly doesnt work in their case. They dont respond to my emails asking them to advise/stop. What can I do?

Hello I got email asking me to sign in or I’ll lose my acct since I not used it. I never had to do this before and didn’t know if it was a scam.. I thought I didn’t think I signed up until I tried getting support and seen I had acct I guess so was that email legit ??

My other question is why can’t I save my password on this account on my iPhone so I don’t have to keep signing in? Thanks

I have been using youtube in firefox mobile for ages, and commonly use picture in picture. However as of 2 days ago, when I try to use picture in picture, it pauses the video and instead is displaying what is essentially a PiP of the browser/url bar (see image).

I've tried:

• Re-installing firefox
• Deleting cookies and cache
• Disabling Extensions
• Disabling and Re-enabling PiP in my apps

I'm running out of things to try, and would love if anyone is familiar with what may be causing this!
