I've been seeing the black embed icon appear when I select text. It's only been recent. My browser is 125.02 and up to date and I have Windows 11.

Is this from a recent update? I'd like to disable it if possible.

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

Good morning, I have a problem with disappearing bookmarks, but I can organise the backup of the places.sqlite, but I assume that won´t be enough to recover, therefore my question is, which files would be needed or is the one mentioned sufficient?

How come there is no option to turn off "Firefox Translation"? I speak three languages and every time I visit foreign web site, Firefox suggest translation to me. It's annoying.

I have language set to English (GB) but am being constantly annoyed with words like "colour" being underlined as badly spelt. Why aren't you using an English (GB) dictionary?

Hi, i just got a new laptop (Asus Zephryus G16, 2560 x 1600 screen) and after installing Firefox there is a thin white border to the left of the screen when running in fit screen. This problem is not present when in a windowed mode or in F11 full screen.

I tried updating the Intel Arc drivers but this did not fix the problem. Changing to compatibility mode also did not fix te problem.

PS: in the uploaded screenshots it is quite dificult to see the white line(because the background is also white), but when the image is viewed in a new tab it is visible.

Hello there i use wp.pl for mailing and after i stay on the page for too long the browser lags and it starts to use a lot of memory like from 4GB to even 8GB

SAS booking site blocks me when I try to book flights because it thinks I'm a BOT. I was advised by SAS to use Microsoft Edge and I didn't have any problems. I've used Firefox for years and I don't want to change to Edge. Thanks Neil Tarbet

I am using Firefox v125.0.2. When I open a PDF in Firefox it takes a lot of time to load. But, when the same PDF opened in the Edge browser it loads normally and scrolling through PDF pages renders fast. I have shared the screenshot of a single-page pdf loading taking quite a long time.

This has been happening to me with recent updates of Firefox, and I am very close to dumping a browser that I have used for years because of it. I go to load pages and it just sits there and spins and spins. In the time I take to open another browser like Chrome and copy and paste the exact same links into Chrome, where the download of the web page is practically instant. I go back to Firefox and it is still spinning and it is just ridiculous. I have no clue what would be causing this. After it finally loads a page, it seems fine on subsequent loads of pages.

I don't like getting recommendations in Pocket that you need a subscription to read. Why waste my time giving me the initial information on something, but then when I try to read it, I can't because I already have too many subscriptions. Seems like there used to be an option besides "Dismiss" to not show content from particular sites?

I was playing on this free site called REPLAYPOKER, and it said I was blocked because of something called CLOUDFLAIR, can you tell me what this is please?

It totally blocked me and shut me out of the game

What should I do?

Is Cloudflair a virus? Should I go into the registry and remove it?

Every time I open Netflix in Firefox browser, to watch streaming movies, it won't show them but keeps taking me to a page asking me to log in again or pay for a Netflix account. (attached) I already have a Netflix account and can watch streaming movies with no problems on other browsers, but not using Firefox, which is my Default browser.

Since the update to version 125 Firefox on Windows 11 (all updates installed), when I open a new tab and start typing to the address bar WHILE the VPN to the office is active, Firefox locks up and can not be used anymore.

In taskmanager, there is no spike in memory or cpu usage visible. All I can do at this point is to kill Firefox via taskmanager.

I can enter anything in the address bar of an already open tab with an other website open, I can open new tab from the bookmarks, but I can not open a new tab and start typing in the address bar while the VPN is active.

Once I disable the VPN to the office, everything goes back to normal.

I never had this issue on a previous version of Firefox.

Any ideas whats causing this?

I have logged out of one Gmail account and want Firefox to use another, but Firefox ignores the one I want to use. How do I get Firefox to recognize a certain Gmail account so I can receive mail?
