In the console a message tells that Firefox cannot load a remote resource in https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/releases/T9w1ROdplctW2nVKvNJYXH8o/recaptcha__en.js It seems I have a problem with javascript but I have downloaded and installed the latest release. Anyone can help me? Thank you.

Hello, Firefox seems to be using my system's High Contrast text color to render websites. My High Contrast text color is a light grey, to contrast with a dark system background. However, many webpages on the internet have light backgrounds, so when Firefox uses this color, I can't read the text. I already have Options>Language and Appearance>Colors>Override the colors specified by the page set to "Never." This also occurs in a brand new profile with 0 extensions or addons in Safe Mode. I just want Firefox to display webpages "normally", i.e. with black text, without regard to the current system colors.

To reproduce: - Turn on High Contrast - Visit a site such as http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/ppois.html - Change system High Contrast text color to any color you wish - Notice that the text on the page also changes to the same color, even with the setting on "Never"

Is there any way I can get Firefox to ignore the system's text color settings? Chrome renders the webpage just fine with black text.

For a long time now I had been able to access this webpage using Firefox: https://weather.bom.gov.au/location/r3gx0kn-alexandria . In recent months the browser does not even recognise anything has been typed in. On the other hand, Bing (my back-up browser) does take me to the site. It came to Firefox for a day or two earlier this month but is gone again. Can anyone suggest a fix please?

I use often fonts Georgia or "Time new Roman" in my websites. Works ok in Chrome, Edge, IE11 but not in Firefox.

You can see this with this your site https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/font-family where CSS Demo: font-family is "font-family: Georgia, serif;"

I attach image what I see. Is not Georgia font, maybe Arial.

Thanks your help Jorge

Hi, I use duckduckgo as my search engine and I have set the start page as that as well. This is gonna be tricky to explain so bear with me. When the start/home page comes up I have to press the "plus" to open a new tap and on that page I´ve got all the most visited pages. How can I change it so that is the first page I see when I start firefox?

Very grateful for any help.

I have a customer who is unable to browse to any websites after version 81.0.2 was installed. They are also unable to open Options and other Menu items. Only Toolbar Menu item that worked was Help > About. I have tried using Firefox in Safe Mode, I have refreshed Firefox, and I have renamed the AppData > Roaming > Mozilla folder forcing it to create a brand new user profile. The only security programs running are Windows Defender. Chrome and Edge work fine, so customer will use one of those until Firefox is fixed.

I can reach Virgin Mobile Canada, that is I can login and then see my account, with Vivaldi and Chrome, latest version, but now with FF 82.0 I cannot do so. Trying to login just results in a coming back to login page over and over. Seems like something funny has happened with latest FF, as this was not a problem before.

Over the past few weeks, with versions 81 and 82, Firefox keeps logging me out of my 'stay logged in' websites, sometimes by just closing the browser window (with the same browser session open). I have my settings to not clear any cookie data or cache, only browsing and download history. I don't change settings routinely; this just began happening randomly. Any thoughts? Thanks--

Hi there, I'm not too sure if Firefox is the correct place to start, but have to start somewhere so thought I'd start with you as I'm able to send an email off to Firefox and can only find a phone number for Amazon and this requires me to ask someone to ring for me. I've been buying a few things off Amazon over the past few months. But now if I'm quick enough to type out their puzzle I'm then told that they will send me (OTP) One Time Password, but a OTP never arrives. So, thought I'd check with you to see if you knew of a remedy, or perhaps there is something I need to do within Firefox. I must add here, that I have used Firefox for many, many years and do all of my/our online shopping with Firefox and never struck a problem before now. Hoping you have a suggestion. Regards, Chris

Hello!

I'm working on a small game (web-based) and I'm experiencing a very weird error with the new Firefox 82 update.

What I'm experiencing:

1. I can't logout. Every time I go to /logout, FF refreshes the account page. If I do the same thing on Chrome, it works. 2. I post something on the Forum - page refreshes. If I do CMD+SHIFT+R, the post shows up. 3. I can't login. I login, page stays on an AJAX request with loading. I do CMD+SHIFT+R, it logs me in and goes to the account.

This was all previously working fine in FF 81, and everything IS working as expected in Chrome.

I tried in Vanilla FF (without any plugins) and same issue. I disabled all external scripts that could cause this, and nothing is working.

Hi, the front page of the Washington Post front page of the Washington Post website has started rendering incorrectly on Firefox. Some images are pixelated (screenshot attached, also showing results of my internet speed test).

The other problem is that, when I click on the "sign in" icon in the upper right, nothing happens.

These problems occur only on the front page; other pages render correctly.

This is on a Surface Book 2, Windows 10, Firefox Version 82.0 (64 bit)
